Colorsplash (her actual name is Melody syringe) was born into a family of doctors, nurses, etc. Her mother is a doctor and wanted to raise splash like one. But Splash expressed no interest in it, and was more interested in painting. Her father was a muralist before he joined the royal guard and went missing. Splash picked up his talents in his memory and eventually got her cutie mark because of it!
The mom was not happy about it cause she wanted to move on from her husband, who possibly passed. While splash was wanting to make his memory her main driving point in her art. So when mom saw her cutie mark, she was disgusted that it wasn’t medical related. Basically disowned splash cause she was a “lost cause” And knew she won’t be be doing medical work. Of course, this upset little splash cause she was trying to make her art for both her mom and dad. She ran away confused and ended up in everfree falling asleep on posion joke. vowing to dump all art and learn medical practices to make her mom happy.
Well we all know what posion joke does.
So when she got back home Her mom was horrified to see her. and kicked her out. Confused again, Splash walked by a puddle and saw her now iconic rainbow tail.
It’s supposed to be a special day when a filly gets their cutie mark right? Well mama wasn’t very happy when “melody” got hers. simply because it wasnt medical baised witch endnagers the family heritage of doctors, With a wave of insults, she ran away in fear of the insults turning to more than just words.
She found refuge in a bundle of beautiful blue flowers in a forest she’s never seen before. Hopefully things will be normal tomorrow….
